U.S. Congress extends abstinence funding
January 8, 2008Just in case you missed it amidst all the hustle of the Christmas and New Year’s celebrations, Congress did extend federal funding for abstinence education through June 30, 2008. According to a report from the North Carolina Family Policy Council, “North Carolina currently receives approximately $1.24 million from the Title V program annually.” Click here to read this Special Report.
